  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Product must be:
    • Unused
    • In original packaging
    • Without damage
  • Customers must share:
    • Order ID
    • Product photos/videos
  • Refund/replacement will be processed after inspection.
  • Return shipping charges may apply for non-defective products.

If you offer replacement instead of refund, use:

“Only replacement available. Refunds are not applicable.”

  • Return method: By mail
  • Return cost:
    • “Free return” if you provide it
    • otherwise “Customer pays return shipping”
