- In original packaging
- Without damage
- Customers must share:
- Order ID
- Product photos/videos
- Refund/replacement will be processed after inspection.
- Return shipping charges may apply for non-defective products.
If you offer replacement instead of refund, use:
“Only replacement available. Refunds are not applicable.”

- Return cost:
- “Free return” if you provide it
- otherwise “Customer pays return shipping”
